Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us within 24 hours. If you do not give us a 24-hour notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

 

Missed appointment (no call/no show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used towards future services.

We allow a grace period of 10 minutes

for you to arrive to your appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment must be rescheduled, and it will be considered a “No Show” incurring a fee of 50% of the total service scheduled.

To reserve your time, we ask for a credit card at the time of booking. This helps us minimize last-minute cancellations and better serve
